Job Title: Sales Associate

At Profit with Law we lead with kindness and compassion and our sales process is all about the client and their needs. This is not a boiler room type sales position. We are not looking to convince people to use us, instead we provide value and demonstrate our expertise and for our ideal clients it’s a no brainer to move forward and work with us.

Responsibilities

• Engage and follow up with inbound leads generated through webinars, podcasts, events, and online campaigns.
  
• Qualify prospects through discovery calls to understand their goals, pain points, and suitability for our programs.
  
• Effectively communicate the value of our Tax Strategy, Elite Coaching, and Fractional CFO services.
  
• Conduct consultations, present proposals, and close new clients into our high-ticket programs.
  
• Maintain detailed notes and tracking in CRM.
  
• Collaborate with the marketing and client success teams to ensure a smooth handoff and outstanding client experience.
  
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  

Ideal Candidate

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  
• Strong interpersonal skills and a heart for helping others succeed
  
• Confident, empathetic, and able to build rapport quickly
  
• Is an action-taker and doesn’t put off difficult conversations
  
• Comfortable with CRM systems, Zoom, and other remote communication tools
  
• Passion for entrepreneurship, personal growth, and making a meaningful impact
  
• 2+ years of experience in consultative or high-ticket sales and experience selling to law firms is a plus

Compensation

• $60,000 - $250,000 Salary Range
